Stand up straight, arms extended above your head. Exhale, then bend your body forward, allowing your arms to drop to the floor. Bend your knees slightly, sways your arms from side to side. Roll back up to a standing position.

Mountain pose. This is a powerful yoga pose, useful for a good posture, that can also reduce flat feet. Stand up straight, feet flat on the floor. Lift your toes and gently sway back ad forth. Tighten your thigh muscles, lift your knees, then pull in your belly. Hold the pose for 30 seconds, breathing deeply, then begin again.

Downwards facing dog. This is one of the kids yoga poses that stretches the shoulders and spine. It can help relieve fatigue, boosts immunity and aids digestion. Get down on your hands and knees on the floor. Keep your palms flat in front of you, fingers spread out. Exhale, then lift your knees from the floor, lifting your hips to form an upside-down V.
